Decker Construction can take on a wide spectrum of water pipeline services, including contract operations, 24/7 emergency water system repairs for our contracted customers, and water system installations.

We specialize in rural applications and are contracted for five water pipeline systems as well as 30 public municipalities for city and county water districts throughout the Midwest.

Valve Insertion & Hot Taps

We’re able to insert valves on 4”, 6” and 8” main lines as well as perform hot tapping services from ¾” up to 8” on any material without interrupting water service.

HDPE Pipe Fusion

We’re certified to fuse HDPE pipe and fittings with a machine capable of sizes 2” to 12”. Other sizes are available with special arrangements.

Directional Boring

Our horizontal directional boring capabilities provide a trenchless solution for water pipeline installation and repair in sensitive areas that cannot be disturbed.
